You must not share the User name and password with which you register with Myethiccards with anyone else.

By requesting to reset your password an email will be sent to the email address registered with your Account containing a link to reset your password. You will then be able to access your Account and create a new password.

Note that we are entitled to treat anything done while your Account is logged into the Website or by means of an email address, phone number or other communications method associated with that Account, as having been done by you; it is up to you to maintain the security of your Myethniccards Account.
